How to prepare for your
If it’s your first session with me, I will send you a new client intake form which you will fill out and bring along to your appointment time. This helps you get clear on what you want to focus on.
If it’s a follow up session then you can write down some notes, on what has shifted since your last session and what is going well for you right now. We can then focus on what is coming up for you now, and what needs more of your attention.
Sometimes clients arrive not being clear on what they want to work on, and that’s okay, as I can muscle test what the priority is.
It’s a good idea to where comfortable clothes, and turn of your phone so as no distractions for the whole of your appointment time. Now all you have to do is relax and enjoy the process.
Trust that what comes up in your session time is absolutely what you need to focus on!
