The stresses of everyday life can imbalance your energy.

Your body is capable of healing itself at all levels.  Kinesiology is based on this principle.  Over time, as communication breaks down between different parts of the body-mind system, our health and well being also breaks down.  In simple terms, Kinesiology helps re-establish communication with our energy systems so we can function at more optimum levels, potentially preventing disease and accelerating healing processes.

What is your body trying to tell you? Book Now

In a kinesiology session after we have discussed at some length your health concerns and taken a detailed client history you will be asked to lie on a treatment table.  I will establish via communication pathways in your body (meridians) a Yes / No communication called neuromuscular biofeedback using muscle testing.  This will enable me to easily access where communication circuits are being compromised and which order these lines of communication need to be re-established for the fastest possible healing process to occur.

As the Australian Kinesiology Association explains, “The real goal of any Kinesiology ‘balance’ is to identify the bottom line cause of any imbalance and then resolve it.  It may be nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic or even spiritual – something as simple as an ‘attitude’, or a forgotten memory.

A fundamental premise of Kinesiology is that the body already knows what is needed to facilitate healing.   The Kinesiologist facilitates the body’s own ability to restore and maintain its health.

What kinds of techniques do Kinesiologists use?

The aim of a Kinesiology session is to help restore balance to the body.  During the balance I use many techniques to help the body mind system come back into healing.  These are called remedies.
